If you have been wrongfully accused or convicted in the U.S. and would like to ask UNCUFF THE INNOCENT to help you with legal defense funds, additional investigation into your case, or other aid if you are released, please download and complete our Questionnaire to Request Aid and return via email or mail.
Aid we provide includes: financial aid for legal expenses; additional investigation to discover evidence of innocence; publicity about your case; financial or other aid to help you handle challenges after you are free.
We will use your completed questionnaire to start a preliminary investigation into your case to decide whether we will be able to help you.
We will consider the case of any wrongfully accused or convicted person in the U.S. in need of assistance before or after release, on a case-by-case basis.
AID FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES
If you are a U.S. law enforcement agency in need of funds to purchase or maintain body cameras and infrastructure for your officers and you would like to request financial contributions from UNCUFF THE INNOCENT for your body camera program, please download and complete our Questionnaire to Request Body Camera Funds.
